My father's health had deteriorated drastically yesterday overnight, and I had been called to the hospital at dusk because I was one of his emergency contacts listed on his file. I was to be present at the hospital while the staff carried out medical examinations and monitored my father's health, therefore I was unfortunately unable to attend your lecture today.I will be returning to your class on 22 September 2022 as I predict that my father's condition will most likely be stabilised by then. If there are any assignments that I have missed or will miss in the following lessons, I would like to request the assignments to be sent to my email so I can complete them while I am absent.
